| Minimum team members needed is 15 per trip. Maximum team members allowed is 30 per trip. Trip will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis with your application and deposit holding your spot. In the past spots have filled up quickly. |

| Cost: | $950.00 This amount covers your flight, insurance, meals, ground transportation, activities, taxes and fees. |
| Payment Schedule: | Payments begin September 27 with application and $100 non-refundable deposit. $100 Payments will be due the last Sunday of every month from October - May. In June a final payment of $50.00 will be due the last Sunday of the month. |
| Passport Information: | You WILL need a passport this year. This is not included in your cost. |
| Project: | We will be completing the church at Bonao (where Carlos De La Cruz is the pastor) |
| Activities: | We will most likely have a day at the beach and a half day of shopping at the market. We will also eat out several times. This will be included in your cost. |
| Food Assignments: | Each person will be assigned to bring food items for the team meals. This is not included in your cost. Each person will be responsible for assigned kitchen duties! |
| Additional requirements: | Each person will need to purchase a T-shirt and a journal. This is not included in your cost. |
| Meeting requirements: | We will schedule several pre-meetings and events for team building and preparation. |
