Upward Basketball

Here are the important facts and dates:
   • Pickup/drop-off registration forms at the church, or download/print one now
   • Early registration cost is $55; after October 27 the cost is $65
   • Optional basketball shorts can be ordered/purchased for a cost of $15
   • Make checks payable to Westerville Church of the Nazarene

Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation at the our gym:
   • K - 5 and 1^st grade boys/girls: Mon., November 10 - 6:30pm until 8:30pm
   • 2^nd and 3^rd grade boys/girls: Tues., November 11 - 6:30pm until 8:30pm
   • 4^th through 6^th grade boys/girls: Wed., November 12 - 6:30pm until 8:30pm

Practices begin the week of Mon., January 12, 2009.
First game - Saturday, January 31^st
Awards Ceremony - Sunday, March 29^th
